A Crack in the World (v2)
A great wrinkle in the aether — and out of it comes History…
There is a giant crack in the world!
I think I am standing directly over it. We all are!
It is not a physical crack, like the Grand Canyon, but a crack in our psyche — a mysterious unseen ghostly crack, way down in our subconsciousness.
It is ancient… And vast.
And out of it comes both Angels and demons!
Both light and dark come out of this opening. Both the sane and the insane might gather their forces here.
It is the primeval source of all human creativity. Whatever issues forth takes wing in our minds — thoughts that, under the right circumstances, we can translate into ideas, stories, works of all kinds. I think his has occurred all throughout Human history.
It is a sizzling, popping furnace, out of which come magnetic lines of force that twist and snap, like solar prominences dancing back and forth on the sun.
Like belly dancers in some fever-dream of a reality.
